I would try just a plain old small wooden roller or they even make rubber ones, they usually sellthem for installing dynamat (any audio store carrying dynamatshould have one for like 10 bucks). I've used it on my other cars and with a little elbow grease it will work the dent out. Those ding kings only work on soft metal and wont work on little dings (anything smaller than a nickel). I've tried them and it worked on one half dollar sizedding on my avenger rear quarter. The best way is manual labor. Pain in the butt but it works. Let us know how you make out

I have a baseball size dent right above the door molding(molding doesn't protect anything) from those yellow poles on the side of the highway. As long as theres no paint damage, they should pop out depending where they are.

the small ones probably wont pop out with the plunger method. i bet if you took apart the door from the inside, you could use a body hammer to work them out.
