Default Comment and problem

Got my 60mm TB installed today. love it. more responsive, top end seems to have some more pick up.

and my problem is... My AXT seems to be 'jumpy' I would be driving normally. I would accelerate normally and it would shift but seem like it wasnt ready to shift, it would almost 'slam' into gear. it also happens when im stopping, it would downshift around 5-10 mph and slam in the same matter. I'm still under powertrain warrenty, should I take her in or is it something as simple like the mounts?

My warenty cannot be voided. nothing was modded internally, therefore. the warrenty is still intact.

The ECU uses throttle position as one of the determining factors of what shift schedule to look for. So in some cases the TB or new TB can effect the way a tramission shifts.

I've had this problem before the TB. forgot to add that in

and the new TB utilizes the stock TB sensor

i would take it in. even though you think they wont say anything about your mods because nothing is "internal", i would puther back to stock before i brought her in. just to save yourself some trouble. plus, if you brought her in like she is and they do have a problem with warranty work, they will post a red flag on your car when you bring her back again and screw you royally. so yeah, bring her in but put her back to stock first. just speaking from experience.
