Is it a fuse or a big block thing?

It could possibly be what the problem is.

 

One other possibility is a bad connection or ground that as it heats and cools changes ground characteristics. Find where the item is grounded and check for corrosion as well. But genereally it is the bulbs or flasher.

 

It's a block thing where the fuses plug into. There aren't any fuses plugged into it though.

Hope so too. But look around in the engine compartment and also the front bumper area and if you see a wire screwed into the body and goes to no other place then you have a ground. See if rust or other corrosion has occured clean as necessary. Also tighten if any found loose.

 

Bring the car to autozone and tell them you need a flasher and ask them to put it in for you, they are like $5
