RE: if i add duel exhaust will i lose power?
How did you realize that the internals of the muffler started coming apart? Did it start to sound like crap?
I do wish I would have saved the extra money to get a Borla system though. My next car will have a Borla. I'll live with my Pacesetter exhaust system though. I'm fine.

Not if properly tuned. HP will be VERY Close!!! After going through stock manifold, catalitic converter, and all of that straight pipe to a SINGLE muffler to exhaust pipes off that muffler won't make that big a difference. If you go cat back that can cause a bigger shift. Remember very very few systems will beat stock all the way across the board, so a shift in power band were you trade some of this for that occurs.
So assuming you just want a dual tip muffler not a big deal. My Mopar accessory RT muffler sounds cool (If you can open the window, Cold here in Chicagoland) but is quiet at highway speed and could not tell a difference from the drivers seat or the gas pump! So play as you please,
Just say no to the FART CAN!!!
