I'd go with the ACR simply because its the better overall buy. More performance, additional upgrades not on the standard SRT-4, and more importantly, it's newer.
Now, the only way I'd take the 04 SRT-4 is simply if the deal was that much better....lower miles, less money, etc....which it wont be....
Wheels can always be changed....and for dirt cheap too... and its an SRT-4....so it's not like your gonna drop 20"'s on it....at best you'll probably throw a 17" wheel on it..
