hey listen you dont have to hook up the remote start through the firewall. take the knee bolster down, then take the shroud around the steering column down. follow that big black rectangular piece that is with the key cylinderdown to a clip. that is your ignition harness. 3 inches down it will be wrapped around theheadlight switch harness. good idea to carefully seperate. there you go your wires are all pretty much right there except brake parking lights and door locks. if you have a grey key you have a chip and need to get bypass and a second or third key to put in the bypass module. This gets stuffed under the dash. let me know if you need any other help. where you located anyway.

well the wires that had to go through the firewall one was for power which hooked up to the battery and one was for the hood switch, now those are hooked up and so are the ones to the starter wire and ignition wire but for some reason it wont work, maybe its cause i just wraped the wires for the remote starter itself to the other wires, instead of soldering them, i guess after i striped them i should have poked a hole in the wires and stuck them through or something, i will take some pics tomorrow and show you how i got it, but if you have any ideas let me know, thanks.

hey everyone im back again, i gave up on using the remote starter that i was trying to use as thanks to some very great info from caraudioholic24 i found out it was a piece of crap and would never work, so i finally got the money saved up and bought a brand new one, its a black widow s1 heres the link http://www.blackwidowsecurity.com/s1.htm and i got it installed and everything but when it starts the car, the car runs for a few seconds and then stops running, i dont know if its cause i need a bypass module or not so if anyone can help me out please let me know, thanks
