I have a 2004 Neon, 2.0 not high output. The car doesn't want to idle down when slowing down or stopping. It revs at 3000 rpm for a while, then it might idle down, or it might idle down so low that it stalls. A month ago we rebuilt the upper half of the engine with a different head and cam sensor. We had broke the timing belt and bent the intakes in the first three cylinders. It ran great for a month. Now we have this idle problem. Anybody have any ideas. Thank you.
