Default Spark Plug Gapping

Hey all...what should my plugs be gapped at for the stock SOHC 2nd gen motor? The ppl at my local autoparts store said .025 so thats what I have my current plugs gapped at..but I just oredred some NGK that are pregapped at .035 .. car has been accelerating kinda funny - makes me think that the auto parts store was wrong and I should regap until my NGK's come..opinions??? Also..what should the plugs be torqued at??

Workers at Autozones are ****ing retarded morons.

I called in for an oil filter, and they said they didn't have it in stock. I go check for myself and find 3 on the shelf. Idiots.

Well, I bought some platinum plugs last time. I haven't had any issues or anything, I just don't want to wait until my ride starts misfiring before I decide to replace them.
