Finally! new rims..and a tip for Discount Tire
Been lookin at these for a looong time... finally took the plunge
Don't know if it is common knowledge or not... had seen this rim/tire package on Discount Tire Direct (the web site) and priced them at around 760 bucks with free shipping. Decided to go to my local Discount Tire to see if they had them in stock... well they had to order them and gave me a price of over 900 out the door. I went back with a printout from the web site and asked if it was the same company (?)...they said yeah, and they matched the price!
They even threw in the free replacements for all 4 tires cuz they had to charge me the state sales tax (which I wouldn't have had to pay if I got from the web site)
PLUS if you sign up for and use thier credit card, and purchase before April 30, you get a $100.00 rebate on a 4 tire and wheel package. So I actually only paid $660 (+ the tax)
by the way, before the 'worthless without pics' smileys come out, got a preview shot here...will be taking some better when I get time and a good day. ..and by the way, these are 16's with 205/50's...
looks like nect goal might be lower/suspension

so your local discount gave you the online price because you showed it to them?

sweet, i'll have to rember that next time i buy new tires, maybe this summer or next, save $29 per tire. Also have to remember that when i do rims and tires for my future car.

I'd love to get new rims, just nothing is out there that I like...
Either they are from an un-reliable brand (aka known to just shatter), or to ugly, or not available in the right color.
Guess I will keep looking for something to put some new meat on.

those are nice.. i got my rims and tiresfrom discount tire too but mine came out to 1200 + a free jersey from the local basketball team for the yokohama tires...

thats cool.yea my buddy cracked a rim cause they were cheap.so he had to buy one and they charged him bad.your shoes can't be generic.lol
