SRT4 hood fits perfect on my 01 neon.. there is a bit of gap between my turn signals and the hood.. but on an sx2.0 its a lot more noticable because the bumper comes right up to teh hood..

And its not lined up 100% because its shifted closer to my driver side fender.. but ill prolly just drill out my bracket and move it a cm or 2 over and center it.. but its not noticable!

i only have a latch on my cf hood and its pretty secure ive tried yankin on it a couple times when its closed and it doesnt budge. i do about 75-80 everyday with no probs.
