For a stock neon non SRT/RT you probably do not have rear bar stock (their is apparently a few that do) so you would need the U brackets the hold the bushings and 3 of the 4 bolts that hold them on (4th is already there holding up the vapor canister) and possibly brackets if you do not have tabs on your struts. The end links that come with some aftermarket bars are just for normal height cars so some shorter end links and bushings to match you bar. Front just need the bar and bushings and maybe new links.

 

I have front and rear swaybars stock. Im plannng on gettingtk blues for struts, I remember reading these are the same as SRT-4 struts.So, doesthat mean they have the tabs too?

Blues are far from stock SRT-4 struts, but yes, they do have the rear tabs already on the strut housing. As for the Hotchkis sways, they'll cost you $270 shipped from Titan Motorsports.
