I think my next set if tires in 18s or 19s will be either some pirelli tires or some goodyear tires in all season high peformance tires just for something different and more high end like my michlin hydroedges and now sports. Your right falkens are at the low end of the tire chain like kumhos and dunlop .

Well i have bad news, today i noticed the left rear tire was down.
It has a slow leak.
So my question is how long does fix a flat work?
I hope it lasts like 3 months, does it??? please tell me yes.
That would suck if it doesn't because i would have to pay for a new tire, to basically throw away.

Well you get what you pay for they are cheap tires so they don't last as long.
And my friend said that based on his experiences with them, he drove his car moderatly hard.
Btw how much were they?

Yeah see about getting it fixed. Fix a Flat last a long time. IF you use Fix a Flat WHEN you go to get a new tire or get the tire fixed MAKE SURE you tell them you put Fix a Flat in the tire. If you dont the tire could explode on them.

Well, I don't drive that hard, i just drive maybe 60mph and 70mph tops

I got them on eBay because they were on clearance.
There were originally $195...but they accepted my offer of $185, and plus i had a coupon that saves %10 off my purchase so that took off $18.50...so i ended up paying only $166.50!!!! =)
So I am not complaining too much about it.

The only thing now is finding 17 inch rims because my friend who was gonna sell me his bailed out and decided to keep them. =( That was the reason i got these tires. So now they are sitting in my garage.

Lol do they really, ill rememeber to say that if i get them fixed, the fix a flat has to work for upwards of 3 months.

To matt663:
go to a sie like tirerack and type in your make, model and year.
Then click on 17 for size, then look at the wheels on the page.
Click on veiw details and there it will say what series tire will fit on that rim.

I heard the Green Slim stuff works good. I never used it before. My uncle is a mechanic and he told me about how Fix a Flat is dangerous in a tire. Its because of the gas inside and the pressure it causes.
