The SXT is for cruising, not racing...everybody has their own perferences. And I repect your opinion.
I agree completely...I have SRT rims on mine. It's slow as *****

I remember when adionik was proud of his 2.0 SRT look-a-like wannabe :P He had pictures in his sig and everything...now he is the ultimate anti-neon. Yeah...neons aren't that fast though lol.

I'm just burnt out...since I first got the car that's all I did. Mod this, buy that...it got old. Now that it's finally the way I want it I can just drive the damn thing. I got tired of working on the car.

Besides the hauling ***/chicks/gear thing is a bit more fun on the bike end

This was in Phoenix,AZ...all the struts, front and rear sway bars, and the SRT CVjoints for a little over a hundred bucks! I could've got all the the red disc brakes and the linings too, but I didn't. It also had a 3" pipe with chrome tips too, which I know wasn't the stock SRT pipes(it was bigger than the stock)...I would've took it if I had my truck. The front and rear fascile were already gone, the instrument cluster, stick shift, front seats,...they were all gone by the time I got there. The engine and tranny were still there, but pretty much fried...must have got on fire, cause all the wirings were fried too.
Yes, that was a good find...just have to keep looking for treasures like that.

I've asked questions about struts and springs in the past, but I had to do the project myself to get the answers that I needed. I was lucky enough to stumble into a SRT on one of my weekends at the wreckyard and managed to obtain all the struts and all the sway bars...both front and rear. I have mounted all the hardware onto my SXT Dodge Neon..everything fitted perfect and even the SRT tires and rims went on without any problems. It rides alot like a turbo and very stiff around the corners....very sweet indeed! Everything that I mounted was about 1 hundred dollars and in very good condition. I guess doing the job yourself answers alot of questions!
I just bought a set of SRT springs and front/rear sway bar for my wife's SXT. I am about to win a set of rear endlinks with urethane bushings on ebay. Can you think of anything else that I will need to do the install? I am still deciding whether to get stock SRT struts or just KYB GR2's. Any input will be greatly appreciated. She just wants her car to handle better and be more fun to drive.
