i actually totalled my 83 ford exp and thats when i bought my neon....well im still waiting for my last check and they told me the first settlement offer will be 3 months...then if you decline that it will be another 6 months but it could double your settlement.thats just what they told me...good luck man(dam that bus!)

 

as long as it wasnt your fault, the bus company would most likely want to settle out of court... my dad works as a supervisor for san antonio bus company(VIA) and thats what he thinks they should do...

 

Yea, the bus driver said "sorry, my foot slipped off the break." i'm just hoping that it goes smoothly, guy at work said don't settle completely just incase i do lose mobility after all this and have a percentage of disability.

 

i got in an accident in 2002 wit my family, we got rear ended by a ram 3500 and we were in a ford econoline van. well i had to put 9 staples in my head and 18 stiches in my ear bcuz it was hanging by da earlob. lol. well i got like 25k and none went to da hospital cuz we had health insurance. i didnt get my money till 2006 becaus i was only 14 and i had to be 18.

 

Well good thing that I am 20 then. haha
