What can you swap around and what does it take to work (reprogram) ? I,m buying a 04 base model neon and i have a 04 donor car with the white faced gauges and a tach (SXT). THANKS FOR ANY HELP YOU CAN GIVE ME !!!

 

you don't need to do anything to program it. It's plug and play, it won't display your actual mileage though, it will dispay whatever mileage the car it came from had.

The security thing is in regards to the sentry system, which if the cluster came out of a sentry enabled vehicle and your car doesn't have sentry, then a little light on the cluster will show up because the cluster isn't receiving a signal from the sentry system. It wont affect starting or anything, but you may want to take the LED out if it annoys you too much.
