What mileage do you have on 2nd gen? I got 150K
Hey guys! I drive a 2001 Dodge Neon SE and i just reached 150,000 miles. But it is still running fine and everything. I had some of my import friends say "wow i didn't know american cars lasted that long". What what kind of miles do you guys have?
I am also having a choice to choose. With this many miles,
1)should i continue buying more parts and upgrade it and keep it tuned, frequent oil changes, and clean,
2)or should i invest in getting an SRT-4 swap with low miles.
3) or should i just invest in gettin a brand new car?
I just hear alot about cars dying at around 200k and so that means that i only have a couple more years to enjoy my neon. what is your input guys? This is just your honest opinion.

You can just drop in another engine that way its like driving a new car without the hassle of a note. I have a 00 with a little over 70,000. When I hit 100k I'm going here to get a engine www.pullapart.com Engines only $109.00. Better than buying a new car. I dont want the hassle of a note not until I build up my business.
2002 with 93k
I will be riding this damn thing out till it dies or I find an affordable 2 seater.

Best thing about buying a new ride is there is no miles and full warrenty and you get to start fresh with the mods well worth the money. Just keep your neon for your 2nd ride like I am going to do.
