Mopar side skirts??
I just got my side skirts any tips/suggestions?
They look tricky to put on, how are they compared to putting on the f & r?
Are you suppose to drill into the car itself?

Well Im going around to some bodyshops today and see how much they will charge to paint my sides and if to expensive my husband can do them nicely. So my whole kit should be on in the next few weeks . pics will be in my gallery when shes finshed.
They require a special primer. Or atleast this is the D/L on my parts:
When i got my parts in I decided to look into paint, but you need to know what your parts are made out of so you can get the right primer.
Whent and looked it up, and turns out that the parts are made out of a special material that doesn't bond to typical primer. It is a special, expensive, kind of primer. So what I ended up doing was getting some wet sand paper, and wet sanding down past the clear coat on my original parts and then re-painting them.
It worked well. Unfortunately my front end got a little chewed up (Highway Driving + semi's + VERY dusty and rock filled roads = terror for front end).
So, I will be RE-painting it soon
