wheres the RPM adjuster

where is the RPM adjuster so you can adjust the RPM when the cars at idle?

Not sure what year car you have, but look at the Throttle body, and there should be an ajustment screw on the bottom of the throttle. Its a stop screw that moves the throttle plate.
