If you have that big of an exhaust you are loosing power. In the that case you are giving it more gas to accelerate during your daily driving which can reduce your mileage.

could be your problem. i realy doubt it would make that big of a differnece

 

yea man plus you need back pressure im sure that saves gas.like i was going to get duals but i didnt want to lose back pressure.and what would you do to a 2.0,either throw on a turbo or do some visual upgrades.you can also do plugs,intake,oil,and exhaust.

 

yeah i just put on a volant air intake and changed the oil to royal purple with a k&n oil filter,also some e3 plugs also would it be better to go back to the stock exhaust and just add a chrome tip

 

yea man if you just throw the muffler off you'll have some sound.plus you'll have some back pressure and go faster and save gas.i have a strait pipe out the drivers side which is cool cause most people have it out the passengers side stock.ill post some picswednesday night on here to show you.also when you changedall that you just added years and horses on your car.

 

so what just cut off the exhaust before the muffler and that wont cause any problems

 

man you need at the most a 2.5 exhaust so you just need to get your big pipes out.
