Default Having the same Issue.

I have a 2005 Neon and when the interior is hot (Not a long period in Maine) the car won't start. I have tried shifting it into neutral and I hear the fuel pump kick in at start but nothing to the starter. The battery was was replaced in February and I have checked the relays. The car is now in the shade and the windows are open and now I"m good to go. I was thinking the key switch somehow doesn't like the heat. I go to work early in the morning and it is cool. When I get out the car is shaded and it starts. If I go to the mall and it sits in the sun the car will not start.
Any help will help
