New pics up in gallery!
Thanks for the comment mat. You're right, I don't just go off flaming someone for no reason. I just try to be fair about things. And one thing I can't stand is the fact that Airwolf seems to LOVE to CONSTANTLY put herself above otherson this forum, more than she loves her own car... I can see that by looking at her car... if her car lived up to the things she says when she posts, and more importantly the way that she constantly slaps people in the face with it, then her car would look like $1,000,000. But it doesn't... it's not a bad looking car at all, but it doesn't live up to her arrogant boasts.
And to clear things up again as highlights to contradict all of the previous Airwolf posts:
1. There are many, many more cars on this forum that are much cleaner looking, or have more into them than Airwolf's (and mine).
2. There are many, many more people in here with much more knowledge about their cars, and Neons in general.
3. Most of the people in here probably did the mods themselves, and took "ownership" of their car... not their spouses!
4. The Des Moines and associated tri-state area has over 700,000 people living in it. Not desolate, and like I said, Des Moines has some of the most and oldest money in the country, per capita, than 98% of the cities in the country. And I can say that without bias, because I am originally not an Iowa native. But I have learned a lot being here, and that is that there are MANY RICH farmers and families here, and many young ones too with plenty of success and money... and boy, do they LOVE to sink it into their cars! Therefore, those expensive and modded cars = LOTS of competition. Not as much as around Detroit or it's suburbs, but still, a lot of NICE cars here from many decades.
5. There are not any significant car shows around here on a regular basis. They are either very small-town shows, where the only people that show up are the 50-60-70-yr old guys with the 30-40-50 yr-old cars, or there are the HUGE shows in Des Moines, where thousands of NICE cars of every possible make, model, and year show up. Don't let Airwolf kid you by thinking that she's top dog because it's "so desolate" here. Yeah, it can get pretty lonely in Iowa, but the problem is, Airwolf lives in the most urban part of the state... not in hickville.
6. Most of the people on here have enough respect not to walk into the room and say "Hey, I'm the greatest f***** here!" all the time. Because most people are generally decent and don't do that because they know it will either hurt people's feeling, **** people off, or they feel like they will lose respect or credibility. Unfortunately, Airwolf loves to argue it even when she gets caught.
In this thread:
... and later in this thread...
I tried following that logic but I didn't have enough bread crumbs to get back home.
Bottom line, I made a simple suggestion and hinted that she should tone it down, and quit putting herself on a pedestal over everyone else all the time... but obviously that makes it worse.

How do you know that? Grow up. I met you once, period. You know nothing about me, where I work, where I live, where I go, or what I do.
I look out the windows while I'm driving.
They're hiding from you.
Ironic thats all you see is so many tuners but none of them in shows.
Well you just said not "not to many tuners into the show thing" so why would I show up to a car show to supposedly see just one car?
35? Too bad, last year yousaid you were28. It's tragic how much people can age in such a short amount of time.
Good for you. In all your other posts, all you tell everyone is how you placed 1st, 2nd, or 3rd, always and your car is better than most. Now you're saying your car is sometimes not even in the top 25 and you just get compliments, not trophies... which is it? From one extreme to the next!
You can get pissed all day if you want. Bottom line, I was just telling you the truth about your cluttering posts, always trying to voice something "above" everyone else. All I asked is that you take a hint and get a grip. That was it, but obviously you can't even argue it without contradicting everything else you've previously said.

Well Ive been to more shows around Iowa in the last 3yrs than you have and more into the tuner thing and not to many tuners into the show thing .

Im in Desmoines everyday and dont see much of any neons or srt4s and if I do they are stock lookin.
Imports rule here thats all I see are hondas and teggys and eclipes.
There are vettes everywhere in the usa and stangs and they are at my shows but in there own classes. Come to one of my shows pt and Ill show you how many tuner rides enter and what rides my sxts up against.
I have lived her all my 35yrs and you what only 2yrs .
My last show had 99 rides all together and 4 and my sxt in the tuner class not to many . Some of my shows its like the best 25 rides and my ride is no comptetion for any classic rides. I have a all mopar show coming up and my gal never places there all classics rule there. I just place for the fun of it and she gets alot of compliments for being a newer different mopar.

I was in the same boat as the other Mat when I first got here, I even tried to stick up for her. Then I did some research and saw some posts from other sites she made. I just don't believe a word she says anymore, and try to stop her from spreading misinformation. We lost a member with a great deal of knowledge on neons because of her.
