^^ i know what u mean nate, i am in the same boat,.... i help all of my car guy friends but when it comes to me i only have one that i can depend on, and that is if he does not have his two kids, so i feel ur pain there!!!!

 

so i have been searching ebay, and now i need to get some money around, for two of the things i need, turbine, 200, motor mounts 150.... so i think those parts r going to be the two things i will get till the engine goes to the machine shop... then i will get that done... it will be the final thing i will need.... i prolly need to put the money to the block first but either way i need those before the car goes anyware.... so does it sound like a plan?????

well i found out yesterday that i am glad i did not waste any money on the origanal turbo that i had the turbine issue, i sent it to a shop that does turbo builds to have them at the time order the correct turbo... well they found a crack between the coolant and the oil chanells, so now i am going to get a new garrett turbo from that same company... oh yeah and seeing i have to get a new one, i guess i better get alittle bigger one then right???/ HAHHA

 

hey dt what all do you want done at the machine shop to your block? I can have an instructor do it at the college for free and he'll do it right. I'll just need your block and make sure it's very clean cuz the only way i can transport something is in my neon i'll just tell the instructor it's for my car and i haven't had that class yet.

i plan on being drunk by eleven, lol, but what about parts prices? i need eagle rods installed, 8.6:1 compression pistions put in, and the head checked to make sure nothing is messed up, i have all the gaskets for the whole block to be reassmebled but none of the rods and pistons, let me know, interested.... i am broke right now, lol, my daily driver died, and now i am back to saving up for a better winter car, using a loner right now from work....
