my dads 04 Denali is AWD but I bought him a hypertech programmer for his 50th birthday last year, and he got himself a CAI, I installed the CAI first got him a crap load more power on the low and mid range (K&N rocks), and when I reprogrammed it the thing freakin jumps now..... its niceeee lol it has the Vortec 6000 motor (6.0L high output motor in case you dont know what that means) if it wasnt AWD the thing would be a freakin ANIMAL! bad side is he gets an average of like 15-18 MPG but i think its so low because almost all of his driving is local because he works for bank of america so he has to travel to all the local banks and stuff.... but when we take it to our house in upstate NY we get like 20-27 MPG.... 20 is usually what we get when we have a the trailer hooked up and are hauling something big up there... like his 42453412343 ton harley... seriously the thing is like 600 lbs or something what the hell were they thinking?!
Speaking of gas-guzzling trucks, here's a nice SRT10 truck that you were questioning... nothing like seeing 3 tons of steel doing a 1/4-mile drag in the 10's....
