okay, tried adjusting the CAI's position, it's better now, but the vibration/rubbing is still present. Sounds like it's on the passenger side. Any little bump I hit while accelerating or when I'm stopped at a light causes the problem. Sounds like some sort of support is loose or something.

no, the CAI's on the driver side like usual, and I thought it was that. But I pulled over at one point when the problem was pretty bad, left it in drive and just pulled my e-brake up. The vibration was coming the the "washer fluid" canister area. Somewhere under there. Makes me think it's an engine mount
