Hello,

I have a Neon 2000, I fell in a pothole a couple of months ago on the co-pilot´s side. The tire broke and lost all the air instantly, but I was in a bad neighborhood and had to keer driving on the rim for half a mile.

Recently it has developed a sound on that side that increases its frequency along with the speed. I´ve already done breaks, changed hub and bearing and yet nothing.

I can´t seem to find the source of the sound...

I ran out of options so Im open to suggestions....

 

Have the tire balanced. I would almost bet you bent the rim. If you can get a new one, if not have it balanced and put it on the rear, that will help a little in handling although you will still hear it a little.
