Nope, 1/2inch(I think, plastic sockets, 3 for each tail light. Then a rubber stopper on the top of the rear bumper held in with a phillips screw. give the bulbs a quarter turn and they come out. So, all you need for tools are a socket set, phillips screw driver, painters tape(if you wanna the reverse part white), and a razor blade.

Its pretty easy to do, just go lightly, don't hold the can too close. Also, the side markers are held in with clips, that slide to the rear of the car. If you took out your resanator you don't need to pull anything else apart to get to them.

I think I might maybe try this out after I get my hands on a can... hopefully the stuff is as reliable as it looks.

Its the stock catback from an srt-4, I was going to do that. I had spacers which stopped it from touching the bumper and m,elting, well one popped out and melted onme side of the bumper. So, Im just going to let it melt it, then Im gonna clean it up.

Hey mat...did you just tinted your stock orange side markers? or where they clear? I want to get smoked black side markers but if i can tint them and get them to look as good as yours with just tint, i would save my self money and do that instead.

Can you put up a picture of the side markers on at night time please?

something like this:
