Default Switching From Rear Drum To Rear Disc Brakes

Hi,

I have an '03 Neon SXT with rear drum bakes.
How hard would it be to switch to a rear disc
brake system & what would it cost?

It cost me around $300, But that's because I Had a busted caliper.

I then got new pads, new fluid and ****. Otherwise it should cost you around $250

I wouldn't mindhaving this done myself. If anything, just for looks so having a see through rim doesn't show that small stupid looking drum. How hard a job is this to have done and can any reputable mechanic shop do it?
