You could get a 2.5in cutout and just have it welded in if you can't find a 2.25in cutout. When I had the stock exhaust on my camaro which was 2.75 in I had the shop weld in a 3in cutout and it came out really nice.

Not a fan of the exhaust cutouts, had one on the gto when we got it, first thing we did was get rid of it. When open it didn't sound good at all , raspy as hell. The sound just seemed fake and didn't reflect the sound of power, just thought i would add that.

I don't suggest getting one...
One it doesn't sound good. It will sound like your muffler fell off. They are not made to sound good. Second, it will hurt your performance. Hurt it enough that you will feel it. Not good for a N/A car, especially a little 2.0l.
I had one on my 03 SXT... When i dyno'd i actually picked up 13whp and 24wtq when i had it open. I was also running 10psi through the motor. I was running the needswings electronic 3" cut-out.
