yeah definetely. nice to have dads that are mechanics. hes not a "certified" mechanic, but hes built about 10 race cars in his days. i got him talking about it the other day, when i showed him the blown hemi ram that was at milan. we have a 56 chevy truck in the backyard, and hopefully soon it will be a tube chassis 56. he said he wants to take the body and put it on a tube chassis with a big block to run 10's consistently. fast enough for me.

hey good choice on the color there man. I think you should get a strut bar, it accmpanies the engine bay and the colors so well.

i think you shoulda just polished the CAI tubinng instead.but thats just my opinon

I was thinking about taking the fresh black paint off, but the polished surface really wouldn't match anything that will be under the hood as of right now and fromwhat i have planned
I know that it doesn't look so good right now but thats because I am just starting to make under the hood presentable
Under the hood is far from done, My wish list consists of:
Red powder coated valve cover(from ebay)
Red radiator tubes
Msd coil
Msd coil wires
Mpx Polished valve cover
TNS cf fuse cover

Now for the maybe's
INDY intake mani
Mpx Polished tb

If i was to get those two items above i would def redo the cai to retsore it to its natural finish, but right now i am a little tired of polishing due to the srt wheels.
