2000 Neon dies & won't turn over

The 2000 Neon dies & won't turnover... The # 10 15 amp fuse blows... I replace the fuse & its OK for a few days & blows again??? Any suggestions on whats causingit?

You have a short to ground!

I suspected it was a short...but who has an idea of what could be causing it.... And how could I troubleshoot the problem?
