Default srt rims worth it?
i saw a posting for 4 17" Low Profile Tires and Rims for $450.00

are they worth it and will they fit easily on a 2002 dodge neon base?

yes they will fit as long as they are not 215/50/17's.

And if you mean "srt" wheels, i don't think so unless all the tires are new or they had something custom done to them.

Find an srt4 owner that wants to get rid of his old wheels, look on srtforums. The tires may be worn out but even with two new tires you will be under 450 bucks, also check craigslist.

They are nowhere near worth $300. I paid $200 with tires. They're super heavy
