Man that sucks to hear. I would say if it was the other drivers fault, or you have good insurance get some estimates and file a claim. If you fix the car yourself you should be able to get it back the way it was with some $ left for other mods, bills or whatever. Hope your ok sounds like a good hit to do that.

Or, if you have ghost problems under the hood that "somehow showed up" from the crash wink wink... have a shop do it, and point out the problems you notice, and let insurance deal with fixing ALL of what is wrong "due to the crash."
Either way, win-win.
Yeah my grandfather who the insurance is under is being a royal ****ing ***** about this. I have a $500 deductible, but i'm going to have to pay for my surgery out of my pocket so I really don't have any ****ing money to spare and he's expecting me to fix it myself. He doesn't want me to file a claim...what an *******. He'll do anything to squirm and wiggle out of paying a nickle
I'm fine, no injurys aside from those I had before hand. The cop was cool that did the report, the chick was okay too. The girl acknowledged that I was avoiding that dumbass charger. I had to throw my indash down when it happened :O
