My girl bought the car and now just about 2 hrs later she's experiencing these problems:
2000 Neon, and the car has some problems. It has around 68k on the car. It is throwing a check engine light. The car will buck and struggle. While it bucks, if you floor the gas pedal, it won't do anything, then suddenly take off.

Another thing it will do is when at a stop light, the idle will get really low, and shut off. When trying to start it back up, it cranks a great deal, then finally starts.

I'm taking the POS back to the dealer tomorrow. I told her she shoulda bought a Ford(fox body owner) or Honda(02 Si Owner also).

 

could be a fuel system thing. get the dealer to fix it, it'll be fine. I'm not even going to try and argue with you, I'll let everyone else handle that.

 

I'm expecting it
