Go out and buy a chilton repair manual for your car, it will have that and most electrical charts. For about $15-$20 it's worth it.

Take a look around dude. Most the things you are asking about are pretty self explanitory. The dash if its like my 04, it has a screw on each side, open and door and you'll see. It has 2 screws behind the center vents, and also two up by the center defrost vents. The center console is easy to take out as well. There is a screw in each cup holder. Then in the deep storage area there is 4 screws. Take them all out, crank your parking brake back all the way and then its pretty easy to get out. The center console is very flexible so don't worry about bending it a little bit. The door panels would be something I would have to look at closer, there is two screws one by the handle and another by the armrest part. Then I believe it should just pull off, it has those plastic screws on the back of the panel that hold it. I hope that helps you out some....I don't know if mine is exactly like yours, but this should give you a good idea.

yeah I have an 00 and mine is the same way as neon sxt04 so i would imagine yours should be just like that... just a note, once you get the screws out of the door panel, your gonna have to pry like hell to get it off... those little clips are strong

Oh, let me add another thing. On the dash, you might have to take your A-pillars off the get the dash out, I can't remember. Its been awhile since I tore my dashboard apart. I'm fairly sure you do because they almost interlock.
