Do what YOU want to do with it. Getting it into a mag is a definite possibility, it all depends on what you do to it, more in the looks department. 400whp gives you very good bragging rights for a Neon, but it may or may not get you a drastic amount of attention over 400+ whp SRT4's...

Anyone who really knows the amount of work you put into it will definitely have respect for it, hands-down. I guess it all comes down to you, how much sweat and money you put into it. At the end of the day, you cannot gaurentee mag pics or anything else no matter what. If they come, great... but you need to be happy with it no matter what anyone else thinks of it. At the end of the day, it's parked in your garage, not anyone elses... so do what makes you happy, and only you.

i got tint done for 180.00 bucks and that was like 2 weeks working and barely getting it.everyone has their rough times but eventually it all evens out...you bust your as* and you make it through your problams or you quit and never know....how could you just stop now????havnt you seen transformers movie where the kid looks at the girl and says in ten years do you wana look back and wonder why you didnt get in the car.....

cmon dude wtf is up with you????you have to live your life and quit caring about what others say...thats how people get into a mag..and dude my first car was a geo prism.i had fog lights green turn signals a 20" green neon and a big fart can.i did that because i liked it and it was mine.i got so much S*** for that car cause it was riced but i did it because i loved that car...so you either quit now or go ***** first all the way

not all of his post.... but i will say this post is all i needed and a good night sleep and i am ready to go "***** DEEP" in the neon again.. i got a new part time job, along with my full time job to help pay for it... if i can make about 600-700 dollars a month more than what i make now maybe just maybe the block will get sent out in a few months! i guess the real reason i wanted to get crazy amount of power out of my car is because i want the mags to see it, but i also want to take out a few vettes, and built cameros along the way.....after playing cards online last night and just hanging out around my house i thought about the neon and what it truely means to ME... a **** load of late nights, and a **** load of money have went into that car.. and it would be dumb for me to stop now... i am almost there...two grand is not really that much after i thought about how much is in the car now, as it sits....

oh yeah, pritty much i save however much money i have at the end of the week.... usually like 20-50 dollars a week.... if that.... i am around 350 now, after having to fix my dd a few times.....
