I got my car back yesterday all fixed up. They said it should have cost $2447 to fix it but since we are friends with the owner of the garage we got it done for $1660.65.
Parts Include:
Wheel
Left Front Axle
Subframe
Control Arms
Struts
Fender Skirting
Tie Rod
Tie Rod End
Started driving it yesterday...in the rain of course...and above 10 miles an hour there is a knocking noise coming from under the car. No idea what is causing that, and the steering is VERY heavy and tight. Turn the wheel to go around a curve or turn and it stays there. Kinda dangerous...We're dropping it off at the garage today to get it looked at again.
On the bright side they did straighten out the SRT-4 exhaust I have on my SXT. When we put it on it was farther towards the right intsead of the tips being symetrical and having equal space on each side of the rear. Didnt fix the fact that the left tip sticks out a bit farther than the right one but they'll probably fix that this time too
