Default Damn This sucks.

As you all know, ANOTHER fuccking hurricane is coming, and I just got settled after coming back from Katrina 3 years ago. Man I am getting tired of New Orleans. My family still has no evacuation plan. And another thing, today is my birthday!!!! Yippe dee doo!!! I get to run for my life!!! Just like all my other birthdays. I am 19 and a refugee!

Where do you guys think I should go to live and start anew? Give me opinions on cities/states etc. I've been to Memphis, TN when I evacuated Katrina before, but I hate the people there. And I hear Houston, TX has very heavy traffic all the time. But I am still considering. What do you guys think I should do?

I feel for you man. I say move on out of there, but that is easy for me to say as I don't live there, nor does any of my family. Midwest states is where I would be looking. But then you have to deal with the snow....Anyhow, good luck man and happy birthday.

Yeh, I kinda want to move to the northern states, That is where all the neon forumers live. I wouldn't want to move to where you are lowslow because your car got broken into like 2 times already. Do you think it might be the same person?

It got broke into once. The other time some ******* hit while it was parked in a parking lot and obviously blows at life and just drove away like normal. No, its not the same person, I'm fairly confident of that as it happened in different locations. The economy around here is in a huge slump, but other then that I love it around here.

Dam Mat I didnt know you were from New Orleans. Well Mat you better start planning now. Yeah its time to move. Up here in Ohio all we have to deal with is snow and its not bad once you get used to it. I've had friends in high school that were from Florida and they love it up here. They couldnt wait for the snow. Dont knock it before you try it. Oh yeah Happy Birthday!!!

you do know a lot of the people that lived in New Orleans ended up in Houston, as well as Austin, and most of the other major cities in TX... move to FL... no inspections there so you can do damn near anything you want to your car..... :-D

Thanks for the inputs guys, Izero, I hear TX is like full of illegal immagrants now and I can't stand them because they take all of the jobs available and they can't speak a lick of english and that annoys the hell out of me. haha

DJ, my friend moved to Nevada after Katrina, and he likes it up there. I kinda like the idea of going there since it looks really fun.

My choice will have to be a place where alot of good bands tour to, because no bands ever come to New Orleans and it pisses me off....everytime time a band posts up new tour dates, they all skip from Misssippi right to Texas, GRR!!!

Prostitution is legal over at Nevada right? (Just curious haha jk)
