Strange noise in the cab....
It should pull right out. That can only mean that there is still engine weight on it and you need to jack the engine up some more. When you re-installed the mounts, did you torque them to the right spec? I think it's something like 118nm.
In order to get to the other mount, you have to take the battery and tray out. It's not too fun, but it has to be done

No more noise in the cab!
That is the good news, but at the other side....Neon is a junk car! The only way to replace the passenger side motor mount was to unscrew ALL the motor mounts, and than push the engine and transmission all the way to the left. Even than was very hard for two people to get that motor mount out of rail frame. Now I am just trying to think what I need to go through to change the timing belt!!!
Dodge service charges almost 1,000 dollars to change timing belt! I will do that, but....car really sucks! Anyway, thanks everybody for advices...
