Strange noise in the cab....
I have 2003 Neon with 86000 miles on it. Last a couple of weeks there is some strange noise in the cab. It sounds like muffler hitting the body of the car but it is not that (checked it). From outside listened, car runs perfectly, no strange noise. Anyway, I looked around the engine and found that torque mounts (i think that may be the proper name for it) were worn. I bought them new (top and bottom) and changed but now the noise is even worse. I think the reason for that noise and vibrations (related to the speed of the engine-no matter what, driving or sitting in park), could be motor mount on the passenger side. What do you think? Am I at the right path?? If I am, how hard it is to replace that motor mount?
I tried to take it off but space was too tight I couldn't get the motor mount out so I put it back again...

I think pieces I replaced are (I believe) called TORQUE MOUNTS (not sure). Anyway here are pics. As I said there is a motor mount at the same side of the car (engine side) I think it went wrong. I just was not able to pull it out because the space was too tight. Any tricks??? Anybody??
Yes, I tried everything...lowered and jacked up...
Hope there is some Dodge mechanic here who can give me some good advice...

when you replace the RH motor mounts - you have to place them in a specific distance - 119 MM is the measurement from the top rear bolt of the motor mount to the second hole on the strut tower.
Check the center mount as well - it is a PITA to replace - you have to jack the motor up - there is one center bolt - goes thru the RH lower frame rail - then there are four bolts that bolt it to the inside of the rail
