I was looking at American Racing Casino wheels today. 16x7 with a 195/50R16 tire, although they have a 42mm offset. Anyone have these or know of someone that has them on; will they work fine? I will be adding SRT-4 springs as well.

42 mm is pushing it... but you should be fine. Check the exact specs of the tire though... you will find that one manufacturer of 195/50R16 can have somewhat different measurements than a different manufacturer who claims the same 195/50R16 (in this case, you should be concerned about width with the 42mm offset). No two brands (or even models of the same brand) are usually the same. I would research a bit to make sure you have the right fit. Tirerack.com has a good comparison chart per tire size to compare "real" sizes under the same category.
