for an 2,4 srt swap you need
Engine and Tranny (duh)
Complete Engine Wiring Harness
Complete Engine Bay Wiring Harness
Power Steering Pump, lines, and cooler
Clutch master and slave cylinder
Clutch/Brake Pedal assembly
Intercooler Piping
Intercooler
Radiator Hoses
Tranny, Upper and Lower Motor Mounts (the holes are larger on the the upper and lower mounts for larger bolts and the tranny mount is completely different)
SRT PCM (wont' need the bracket with 03+)
Axles (and half shaft if it isn't on the engine)
Coolant Bottle
Fuel Line from tank to engine bay
Fuel Pump
Flex Fuel line from solid fuel line to fuel rail
Short evap hose that comes from the purge valve
All vacuum lines and the 3 selonids
o2 Sensors
Turbo Housing + o2 Housing
Lower Control Arms (they're stronger yet the same in shape)
Sentry Key Module + Key that matches the PCM VIN number.
Radiator (aren't totally sure if this is an absolute need)
Radiator Fans (it's a dual fan setup)
Shift Cables
Body Harness - fixes NVLD code (P0499)you will have on 00-02 swaps, also possibly fixes P0508 and P0688 codes.

If you plan on using the front brake setup you'll need the following

SRT Power steering rack (it's shorter)
Knuckles
Flexiable Brake Lines
Calipers
Rotors

it will cost around 3000-4000 dollars for good condition parts.

lol everyone needs to read the posts in the past cause it seems like every weekend someone ask about the swap.

but yeah if u wanna do it ur self itll probably cost u alot like around $5000 but the srt-4 store can do it for $5500 not too sure how may theyve done but they seem like they offer a good service.

but yeah around $5000.

now it would be better if u did it urself cause then u would know more about ur car thats what i was thinking about today so i might do mine myself in a year.

but say its bone stock dude just try selling it and getting a real srt-4 the only reason u would do a swap is say u got the looks already like my 04 sxt.

im doing it cause i dont wanna sell the car already put $6000 into it.
swap would make it perfect.

srt-4store has only done 1 swap. And the donor car that he used the engine was bad... so matt is a good guy and paid out of pocket for a new block from dcx. But i think the swap business has been put on hold.

dude if your car is paid off it would be cheaper to just buy one...getting all the parts and having someone do it for you is different then doing everything yourself.its more expensive if your having someone do it...
goodluck on your decision and i hope you have a second car

Matt is a good guy.

But SRT's can be had for $7k and would prove to be a lot less of a headache than a swap

i think ur talking about a wrecked srt-4 for $7k.
i just saw one that sold on ebay for like $2000.
so yeah thats anotehr way of having the srt-4 either getting a wrecked one and fixing it or taking the engine from it selling the rest for parts and in the end u still got ur old engine to sell.

No..

I almost bought Illegal Machines for $7k. There is a black one in my city for $8k right now. 88k miles.

I would take a ragged out/high mileage SRT over a wrecked SWAP anyday.

SRT's were only 20k brand new and have since gone down quite a bit...might wanna stick your head in SRTforums and catch up with the rest of the world
