yes that is true but if you buy springs then install them you have to get an alignment then install the sturts you have to get another alignment. Also your stock strut life is shorten so the risk of a blown strut and more damage to other suspension parts can be caused. So you pay more money or just wait and save to buy together.
I don't think they make skunk2 springs for 2nd gen neon, hence why they are using 1st gen springs.
And how the F*&* do you put a picture on here if it is already online. I've tried and it tells me it is too big. Its only like 800x600. That is NOT too big.
