I have to go through like 5 links to get to the service manual and even then I dont know if its the right manual cuz all it said was for 1999 neons so IDK if that means 00-02 as well. theyre basically the same right?

I just double checked it. You click the link, then the download link on the page it loads??? Works fine for me...
