Default Free 2004 Repair Manuals
These appear to be Dodge Shop Manuals in PDF Form. They are for 2004, but I'd imagine they could be used for others.

2004 Dodge Neon, SX2.0, and SRT-4 Service Manual (Includes Wiring Diagrams)

Nice, now we have the manuals for the 2000-2002 and the 2003-2005's.

after I downloaded one of them, they are password protected. NEVER MIND I reread your post!!hahahahahaha

Before I paid attention to the page, I had already gotten a password cracker in attempts to open them. I re-read the page and viola! lol

Question Just Wondering!...
Is there any major differences between the 2004 Neon SRT and the 2003 Neon SXT? I mean anything that I might need to get the 2003 Manual.

SRT or SXT? For the SXT's, no. Besides, even if so, the manual covers all models.

I don't have a link, there is one around here somewhere though. I can see if I can find one though and post it up.
