I would also like to note that if you're using "Ad-Block Plus" or ad-blocking software that the download "countdown timer" will not show unless you disable them. I had this issue.

By the way, thanks for uploading the PDF!

I actually take that back. The PDF is not downloading. The BayFiles URL is trying to force me to download their shady software with no indication of grabbing the PDF and leaving the site for good. Could you, or anybody here try mirroring the PDF Shop Manuals to a slightly-more-trustworthy filehost such as Media Fire? I could be doing something wrong.

Again I'm new to the forum and I might be doing something wrong, but I couldn't find the manual using the links I found. I ended up at the Bayfiles site, downloaded their software and still didn't find it. I searched the net and found the manual at the link below and it is awesome.

For some reason, the one on Bay Files is indeed not working at all. I've changed the links once again to the .org link listed above. The same guy is also the one hosting the 2000-2002...good stuff and good find!

Nice!!!

Needed to know how much torque I needed to apply onto target magnet for camshaft position sensor... only to scratch my head @ 30 in lbs (wat?)

INSTALLATION - 2.0L
The camshaft position sensor is mounted to the
rear of the cylinder head (Fig. 9).
The target magnet has two locating dowels that fit
into machined locating holes in end of the camshaft.
(1) Install target magnet in end of camshaft.
Tighten mounting screw to 3.4 N·m (30 in. lbs.)
torque. Over torquing could cause cracks in magnet.
If magnet cracks replace it.

(2) Install camshaft position sensor. Tighten sensor
mounting screws to 9 N·m (80 in. lbs.) torque.
(3) Place brake booster hose and electrical harness
in holders on end of valve cover.
(4) Attach electrical connectors to camshaft position
sensor.

Why scratch your head? It only needs to be tight enough to stay put.

I dunno.. I've never had to change a camshaft position sensor, much less the target magnet. I'm going to assume it's just hand tight without any real "oomph" put into it.

It's not a moving part, or holding a rather heavy moving part to the car. It's just holding the magnet in place. Hand tight with maybe 1/8 turn snug would probably be fine and then some. Then again, if you have an in/lb torque wrench...it's on my to-buy list for more than just cars. One of these days...lol.

Haha.. alright cool. I'll check with my dad. He has a pretty solid collection of tools. Worst comes to worst either buy a wrench or just manually tighten.

Default Replacing Serpentine Belts for Power Steering and A/C

I have a 2004 Dodge Neon SXT 2.0 5spd I need the diagrams for the Power Steering with A/C and the Alternator so we can replace the belts but we need to know the setup so we get them on right. Also if you have any suggestions on how to get them on the easiest way anything would be greatly appreciated
