Ok I have a 2004 SXT and my front doors have a bad rattle inside them. I have tried to remove the plastic panels but the rattle is coming from behind that white plastic, and I think it is something to do with the power windows. My friend who also had a 04 SXT is having the same problem he took his to the dealer and they wouldn't even look at it because thet said it wasn't a major problem. So I was wondering if anyone has fixed this problem themselves yet. Please help me soon this rattle is driving me crazy!!!!!!!!!!!!!

 

Try turning your music off and see if it still does it. Maybe the speaker in the door is vibrating something. Either way, I don't pay attention to rattles anymore. Between my motor inserts and music something is going to vibrate and make some noise.

 

Ya I was thinking the speakers. I have the same problem in my 03. I just fade the music to the back a bit and keep the bass at a reasonable level.

1.big a$% subs, with a big a#$ amp

step 2 never turn it down

 

dynamat would help also. Its a bit expensive, but quiets the whole car down if you do it right.

 

True about the DynoMat. But yeah I push a little button that says VOLUME and my JL's get rid of the rattles!
