Wheel Repair
I guess the header of this should be I want another set of wheels. My Neon rear driver side wheel has a dent on the inside lip (facing towards the underside of the car) about 2.5 inches long. It's been recently not allowing me to fill the tire more than 10psi for about a day for the past 5 or so days now.. I'll fill it, then it'll all seep out within 24 hours, but stays steady at about 10psi. I want to find a good repair shop to repair the wheel, and a couple of quotes from around me are saying between 70 and 100 bucks. I kinda want to find another set of wheels/tires to ride on, and set my stocker 16" one's aside for more *ahem* aggressive driving. I don't know. So many little nags with this car right now... and so many other big nags in life in general right now. Suggestions? Repair? New wheels? Find set of used wheels?

Someone was telling me the other day that there are places now that repair aluminum wheels, which back in the day was a no-no. This guy is a SCCA racer and says that a guy even comes to the track and repairs wheels for the racers when something happens.
You might want to look into that if you like your current wheels.
