Default 2004 Dodge Neon SXT Question

I have a 2004 Dodge Neon SXT and would like to change out the stock panel for the speedometer, so that it is in KPH instead of MPH. I would also like to add a windshield wiper to the back window. Are any of these mods possible? If so, can you please direct me to a place where I can get more information and the parts needed for this? Thanks!!!

Gauge cluster is an easy swap. As far as the rear wiper, that would require a lot of custom fabrication and modding but anything is possible with enough time and money.

Just to point out too...you will lose your mileage in the cluster swap.

Where can I find the items needed for the gauge cluster? I'm trying to find the original neon stuff, but I keep finding racing gauges and stuff like that. Am I looking in the wrong area or do these actually exist?

I'm aware that I will lose the current mileage, but I don't think that will be no big deal. I'll just have to keep track of it and adjust it when I put the original cluster back in. Well, that is if its possible.

Any direction here would be very helpful. I'm totally new to this and don't want to mess something up. Thanks again for your help!

If you can't change it when you put the new one in, your not going to be able to change it again when (if) you reinstall the old one. That would be kinda contradictory...

If it's no biggie, then it's no biggie. Just pointing it out because you can swap the mileage over to a new cluster on some cars, and some don't know you can't do that on every car...

If you want a KPH speedo, you will have to look for parts off of a non-US Neon. I guess the hard part there would be finding the cluster out of one...
