yea, test driving it the other day got people to turn their heads and look as it was going down the road, felt weird since normally in a neon you don't get that. It's number 111 out of 200. I will post the mods it has later once I get it on the lift today at the dealership.

I was thinking about getting it but now I don't think so. The car was lowered with aftermarket springs but that's going to bend the axles over time, the front end was repainted(i know its hard to tell in the pics) but look close enough in person, you can see the color difference. I got them to admit it was repainted and did poorly(also chipping on the lip which you have to pop the hood to see) but the front end is also bumped out(they said for the aftermarket intercooler) but there's all kinds of room. The rims on it now would rust out soon as winter is here in new england, and of course the low profile tires are going to cut it. Also found a cut hose and a hose missing. SO unless they lower the price alot, I am going to tell them no. If winter wasn't around the corner, I would rethink it but bad time to be second guessing the car.

After looking at the pictures again, I don't see the bump out. I can tell that the pictures were taken back in sept. like the carfax says. But it also says the pervious owner had no accidents or service done(other than maintenance). WHICH made a light bulb go off in my head. I figured them out......this is what I think happened, they bought the car in excellent condition, some kid took it for a test drive, smashed the front end in, they tried fixing it and had it repainted. Now they say nobody can test drive it unless they are serious about it?? hmmmmmmmmmm is it me or does the stories match now?
