Under the Stage 3 discription, it says this item is also rebound adjustable. What is that (rebound adjustable)?

You can adjust how fast or slow it rebounds, goes back up into regular position.

I have never done this on the car, but on motorcycles, it is on the bottom of the forks and shocks.
